Tulsa-area seasonal events — by request only: Selected Tulsa-area seasonal event rentals are available for large organized corporate, school, church, nonprofit and civic events within approximately 30 miles of downtown Tulsa: Halloween and harvest events in October, and Christmas and winter events from November through February. Each request requires confirmation of the date, exact address, access, equipment, staffing and availability. This service does not cover residential or backyard parties.
