Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive games at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do have a water hose (50ft long) for rent if needed. Otherwise, please have one present. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

It can vary based on rental item. Please refer to each inventory listing for rental time frame. 

Yes. A blower keeps air moving in the unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50′ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our own heavy-duty cords. 

Cash or Credit card. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. We do not accept personal checks.

Because our units can weigh over 500 lbs., our units will be delivered by a large commercial dolly and will need at least 48 in of clearance to ensure we can safely transport the large units.

Ensure you have measured out where you would like the inflatable to be placed and ensure it is a safe distance from other structures, powerlines, and not placed over underground lines or pipes. Also ensure all animals are clear from the delivery area to ensure the safety of our employees and the inflatables.

Bounce house rental prices in Oklahoma City vary depending on the size and style of the inflatable. At Boing City, our standard bounce houses start at competitive rates, with larger combo units and water slides priced higher. Pricing also depends on rental duration and delivery distance. We recommend booking your bounce house rental at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (spring through fall) and around popular party dates like Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends. Summer weekends fill up quickly, so the earlier you book, the better your chances of securing your preferred rental and date. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available — contact us to check availability!

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking date. The deposit amount is applied toward your total rental cost. This ensures your preferred date and equipment are reserved exclusively for you. Bounce house rentals at Boing City start at $219 and vary based on the size and style of the unit. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included in the price for most locations in the OKC metro area.
Our standard delivery includes dropping off the inflatable, complete professional setup, securing it safely (with stakes or sandbags), and returning to take it down and pick it up after your event.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for spring and fall weekends or holidays. However, we can often accommodate last-minute rentals depending on inventory availability.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and equipment. The remaining balance is typically due before or upon delivery.
Safety is our top priority. If severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, lightning) is expected, we will work with you to reschedule your rental or provide a rain check according to our weather policy.
Yes, all Boing City inflatables are fully insured, regularly inspected, and cleaned and sanitized after every single use to ensure a safe environment for your guests.
Yes, we can set up at many local parks! However, you are responsible for securing any necessary park permits and ensuring the park allows inflatables. Please check with the specific parks department.
Yes, we offer generator rentals for an additional fee. This is required if your setup location (like a park) does not have a dedicated power source within 100 feet.
Our standard rental period is for the duration of your party (typically 4-8 hours). We deliver before your party starts and pick up after it ends. Overnight or multi-day rentals are available for an additional fee.
Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a rain check or partial refund (minus the deposit). Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting the full rental amount. Please review our full policy during checkout.
