Boing City handles delivery, setup, a safety walkthrough, pickup, and cleaned equipment. Your quote confirms the rental lineup, timing, and any add-ons.
Can you deliver before school starts?
Yes. Before-school delivery is available on a first-come, first-served scheduling basis. Planning early helps secure a preferred window.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. A purchase order can hold equipment, but payment must be made in full before Boing City sets up on the day of the event.
Can tax-exempt schools send documentation?
Yes. Send tax-exemption documentation by text or email, and Boing City can apply the exemption after the documents are received.
Can you set up on grass, pavement, or indoors?
Setup depends on the rental, access, surface, available power, and location. Share those details in your quote request so the team can confirm the right setup plan.
What if our field has no power?
Generator rentals are available as an add-on, and some packages include them. One generator can power up to four inflatables.
What is the weather and rescheduling policy?
School events follow Boing City’s current weather and rescheduling policy. The team will review the applicable plan while confirming your event details.
