All tent rentals include delivery to your location anywhere in the OKC metro. Tables are delivered stacked — optional setup and breakdown service is available for an additional fee. Chairs are rented separately and can be added to any order.

Tables & Chairs
We offer 6-foot rectangular folding tables and 60-inch round tables for rent, along with white folding chairs. Tables are delivered stacked and can be set up by our team for an additional fee of $2 per table. Chairs are not included with table rentals and must be added separately.

What size tent do I need for my event?
A general rule of thumb is 10 square feet per seated guest. A 20×40 tent (800 sq ft) comfortably seats 60–80 guests. A 20×60 tent seats 90–120 guests. For large events over 150 guests, we recommend the 20×80 or 20×100 tent. Call us and we can help you choose the right size.
Do you have 8-foot tables?
We do not carry 8-foot tables. We offer 6-foot rectangular folding tables and 60-inch round tables. The 6-foot tables seat 6 comfortably, or up to 8 with chairs on the ends.

How far in advance should I book?
