We had a fantastic experience renting a waterslide from this company! The waterslide was clean, in excellent condition, and was the highlight of our he event. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish—they were friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process easy and stress-free. Delivery and setup were smooth, and everything was right on time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

We recently rented an inflatable water slide from Boing City for our sons’ birthday party, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish! The slide was exactly as advertised—clean, well-maintained, and a huge hit with all the kids. They spent hours playing on it and had an absolute blast. The setup looked fantastic and really helped make the party memorable. What impressed us most was the customer service. The Boing City team was polite, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, they arrived right on time for delivery, and they were prompt with pickup as well. Everything went smoothly and stress-free. If you’re looking for a reliable company for bounce houses or water slides, I highly recommend Boing City. We will definitely be using them again for future parties and events!

We rented the 24 ft red white and blue slide for our son’s 9th birthday party. It was the perfect size for all ages. The slide itself was in excellent condition. Great communication from set up to take down. The crew that handled set up and removal were great. Very friendly and professional! The slide was awesome. We will definitely be doing this again in the future. Thanks Boing City for a great experience!

Boing City made my husbands 80th Birthday celebration special. They fit us in for delivery and pickup, plus their equipment is new and clean. Kelsey is very professional and accommodating.
