• 7+ days notice: You can reschedule and apply your deposit to a new date (within 1 year, based on availability)
• Less than 7 days notice: Deposit is forfeited but can be applied to a reschedule.
• Within 48 hours: Treated as a cancellation + $100 restocking fee. You can reschedule but the restocking fee will still apply.
• After setup begins: No refunds
*All cancellations/refunds also include a 3.5% processing fee.

The Boombox inflatable, the LG Beats and Bounce Combo, professional setup, teardown, and pickup are included in the package price. Our delivery team will bring the required blowers, one 50-foot extension cord for each inflatable, and stakes or sandbags to secure each unit.

The Boombox is rated for 8–10 kids at a time. The LG Beats and Bounce Combo is rated for 5–6 kids at a time, with one rider per slide lane.
