Bring your gathering together with three adjoining 20x20 high-peak tents, 12 round tables, and 96 white folding chairs. Each tent section includes four round tables with eight chairs per table, creating one coordinated covered space for your event.
What is included
- One 20x60 high-peak tent setup: three separate 20x20 white high-peak tents installed directly next to one another, with three distinct peaks and approximately 1,200 square feet of coverage.
- 12 60-inch round tables: four tables per 20x20 tent section.
- 96 white folding chairs: eight chairs per table.
- Professional tent setup and teardown, with standard grass/stake installation.
Setup and surface details
The standard package is for a suitable grass area where stakes are permitted. Concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces require a different anchoring arrangement and may carry additional fees. Please confirm your surface and available setup space before booking.
Table and chair setup or breakdown is optional at $2 per item for each service. Otherwise, customers handle table and chair placement and return them as directed.
The pictured arrangement is illustrative. Final equipment placement and required clearance depend on the site and installation conditions.
Package pricing
$1,899 for up to 24 hours. Each additional 24-hour day is $300. The listed package price includes all 12 round tables and 96 chairs; delivery, applicable taxes, and optional services are separate.
