20x60 Rectangle Table Tent Package
Create a coordinated covered gathering space with three adjoining 20x20 high-peak tents, 18 six-foot rectangle tables, and 108 white folding chairs. This package combines the same equipment used in our smaller rectangle-table tent packages into one convenient setup for larger celebrations.
What is included
- One 20x60 high-peak tent setup: three separate 20x20 white high-peak tents installed directly next to one another, with three distinct peaks and approximately 1,200 square feet of coverage.
- 18 six-foot rectangle tables: six tables per 20x20 tent section.
- 108 white folding chairs: six chairs per table.
- Professional tent setup and teardown, with standard grass/stake installation.
Setup and surface details
The standard package is for a suitable grass area where stakes are permitted. Concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces require a different anchoring arrangement and may carry additional fees. Please confirm your surface and available setup space before booking.
Table and chair setup or breakdown is optional at $2 per item for each service. Otherwise, customers handle table and chair placement and return them as directed.
The pictured arrangement is illustrative. Final equipment placement and required clearance depend on the site and installation conditions.
Package pricing
$1,899 for up to 24 hours. Each additional 24-hour day is $300. The listed package price includes all 18 tables and 108 chairs; delivery, applicable taxes, and optional services are separate.

These solid-white sidewalls match our white tent tops and contain no windows.
- Panel size: 20 feet wide by 8 feet tall.
- Rental price: $75 per panel. Select the number of panels you need; sidewalls are optional and are not included in the tent price.
- Compatible tents only: our 20x20, 20x40, 20x60, 20x80, and 20x100 high-peak tent rentals.
- Not compatible: 10x10 or 10x20 pop-up tents, the 40-foot hexagon tent, or other tent structures.
- Availability: five panels total, shared across all eligible tent rentals. Subject to availability.
Accessory only: must be rented with a compatible Boing City tent; not available as a standalone rental. Each quantity of 1 is one wall panel, not a complete enclosure. Our team will confirm panel placement for your setup.

Tent Perimeter Lighting - 20x60 A warm finishing touch for your tent. Add inviting string lights around the outer perimeter of one 20x60 tent for evening gatherings, receptions, and celebrations.
- Flat rental fee: $450 for the rental period, not a daily charge.
- Coverage: perimeter lighting only, using 6 48-foot light strands. Center runs, overhead zigzags, and custom layouts are not included; ask us about special requests.
- Optional tent accessory: tent rental is separate. Must be added with a compatible Boing City tent.
- Availability: lighting is reserved from our shared supply and is subject to availability.
