Package Rental Rate
$599 for up to 24 hours.
Setup Surface
The $599 package rate is for setup on grass. Hard-surface installations require additional anchoring and setup fees, calculated separately based on the site.
Seating Layout
Seats up to 36 guests with six chairs at each rectangle table. The 20x20 tent provides approximately 400 square feet of covered space.
Setup & Breakdown
Professional tent setup and teardown are included. Tables and chairs are delivered stacked. Optional table and chair placement and breakdown are available for an additional $2 per table and $2 per chair.
Space & Access
Please provide a level setup area with safe delivery access and enough clear space for the tent, anchoring, and crew workspace. Final placement and anchoring requirements depend on the surface and site conditions.
