Recommended Age Group: All ages.
Wet or Dry Use: May be used wet or dry.
Required Setup Space: 77 ft L × 11 ft W × 20 ft H.
Power: One 1 HP blower, one 1.5 HP blower, and two electrical circuits.
Access: A clear path, gate, or door at least 48 inches wide.
Participant Weight Limit: Maximum 200 lb per participant.
Water Requirements: When used wet, the customer must provide a hose long enough to reach the setup location. The inflatable does not have a built-in hose attachment.
Cancellation Policy:
• 7+ days notice: You can reschedule and apply your deposit to a new date (within 1 year, based on availability)
• Less than 7 days notice: Deposit is forfeited but can be applied to a reschedule.
• Within 48 hours: Treated as a cancellation. Deposit forfeited + $100 restocking fee. You can rebook but the forfeiture & restocking fee will still apply.
• After setup begins: No refunds
*All cancellations/refunds also include a 3.5% processing fee.
