• 7+ days notice: You can reschedule and apply your deposit to a new date (within 1 year, based on availability)
• Less than 7 days notice: Deposit is forfeited but can be applied to a reschedule.
• Within 48 hours: Treated as a cancellation. Deposit forfeited + $100 restocking fee. You can rebook but the forfeiture & restocking fee will still apply.
• After setup begins: No refunds
*All cancellations/refunds also include a 3.5% processing fee.
▶ What's Included? 🎈
Setup, Teardown, and Pickup are all included in the price (inflatables only)! Our delivery team will come out with one 50ft extension cord, blower, and stakes or sandbags to secure the inflatable to the ground.
