Very pleased with our experience with Boing City. The customer service was wonderful when I had concerns about weather and when we couldn’t figure something out. They were easily accessible and helpful. Delivery and pick up was smooth, timely, and friendly. And then the actual product was perfect! The kids had an absolute blast on it!

They are the best! The employees and owner are extremely nice. We rent a bounce house from them but its too big for the event center we rent. I thought our kids wont get anything to keep them entertained during the birthday party, but they make it possible. They went above and beyond to make sure our kid have entertainment spot in our event. Thank you so much! I would recommend them to everyone. You wont be disappointed. The service is excellent ❤️

I recently rented a blowup slide from Boing City for my child's 10th birthday party, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service! From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and kept me constantly updated, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The blowup slide was a huge hit with the kids, providing hours of fun and excitement. It was clean, colorful, and set up perfectly on time. The team was professional, accommodating, and ensured everything was safe and secure. I highly recommend Boing City for any event requiring inflatables. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Boing City LLC truly exceeded our expectations! We rented a water slide for the weekend, and it was an absolute blast for the kids and adults. The slide was clean, well-maintained, and even better than we expected. The staff was incredibly professional, punctual, and so easy to work with—from booking to setup to pickup. You can tell they really care about providing a great experience, and it made our weekend so much more special. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to add fun to their event—we’ll definitely be booking again!

Boing City was wonderful to work with. Booking was easy and great communication. Set up was punctual and fast. The bounce house was clean and great quality. The kids had a great time. I will definitely use this business again for future parties!
