The LATEST time to cancel is the day before your event. If the cancellation is not made aware by this cutoff, the order needs to be paid in full and is non-refundable.
More than 5 days before event: eligible for refund
Within 5 days of event: deposit non-refundable but provided back to you on a Boing City Gift Card that is good for 1 full year.

Setup, Teardown, and Pickup are all included in the price (inflatables only)! Our delivery team will come out with one 50ft extension cord, blower, and stakes or sandbags to secure the inflatable to the ground.
This includes 4 generators if needed.

Rated for 5-6 kids at a time. One person each slide lane at a time.

- RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
- OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
