The LATEST time to cancel is the day before your event. If the cancellation is not made aware by this cutoff, the order needs to be paid in full and is non-refundable.
More than 5 days before event: eligible for refund
Within 5 days of event: deposit non-refundable but provided back to you on a Boing City Gift Card that is good for 1 full year.
▶ What's Included? 🎈
Setup, Teardown, and Pickup are all included in the price (inflatables only)! Our delivery team will come out with one 50ft extension cord, blower, and stakes or sandbags to secure the inflatable to the ground.
▶ How long does the snow last?
The rental is for 2 hours, but the "Snow" is fine foam that dissipates upon contact with the ground and quickly dries.
