▶ Cancellation Policy 🌧️
The LATEST time to cancel is the day before your event. If the cancellation is not made aware by this cutoff, the order needs to be paid in full and is non-refundable.
More than 7days before event: eligible for refund
Within 7 days of event: deposit non-refundable but provided back to you on a Boing City Gift Card that is good for 1 full year.

The rental is for 1 hour, but the "Snow" is fine foam that dissipates upon contact with the ground and quickly dries.
